The circular emphasizes strict safety and regulatory compliances, including an undertaking from the applicant. Key requirements include the use of non-flammable sheds, a minimum distance of 15 meters from other hazardous premises, and the prohibition of using naked flames. Applicants must also provide a demand draft of ₹200 and a list of required documents, including a site map, identity proofs, and fire extinguisher purchase bills.
